Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your role includes continuous testing efforts that cover security aspects, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You also develop and implement automation strategies, create automated testing scripts, and manage data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing processes to enhance overall product reliability and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support testing and quality assurance activities.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to align with evolving project requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into effective testing strategies.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support rapid delivery cycles.
- Ability to monitor and report defects clearly, facilitating effective communication between development and testing teams.
- Skilled in managing test environments and data configurations to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
