As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, a typical day involves spearheading initiatives to collect and interpret diverse data sets related to clients and markets. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the development and validation of analytical models to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate analytical findings into broader business strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Strong capability in data integration, transformation, and optimization within cloud environments.
- Ability to work with large and complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and platforms to support team-based analytics projects.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to data analytics infrastructure.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
