Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in software design and development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA, Functional Test Planning.
- Should have ISU Testing experience
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow within enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
