As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving project needs and continuous enhancement of software performance and functionality.

-Lead end-to-end design & development of applications
-Architect scalable microservices & system integrations
-Drive technical design discussions & solutioning
-Review code & enforce best practices
-Mentor junior developers (L11/L12)
-Ensure performance, security & scalability standards
-Oversee CI/CD & DevOps alignment
-Handle complex production issues
-Collaborate with clients & business stakeholders

- Maintain and update existing software applications to improve reliability and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
-Proficient in REST APIs & system integrations
-Frontend experience with Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JS
-Hands-on with SQL/NoSQL databases
-Experience with CI/CD, Git, DevOps tools
-Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
-Strong understanding of design patterns & architecture
-Experience in performance tuning & security best practices
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
