Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of target users by observing and analyzing how they interact with various systems and complete their tasks. This role focuses on crafting seamless and efficient experiences that align with user needs, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive and satisfying. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to gather insights, iterating on design concepts, and refining solutions that enhance overall usability and engagement across digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative user experience solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Visual Design and Development.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Familiarity with design tools and software that support collaborative and iterative design processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
