Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, your day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration. You will work to comprehend client requirements thoroughly and translate these into practical business and technology solutions. Your role includes leading discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks. You ensure that the solutions developed align precisely with the business needs, facilitating seamless integration and effective implementation of services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions meet client expectations and project timelines.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow Now Assist.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and process optimization within ServiceNow platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
