Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, a typical day involves developing valuable business insights through the application of predictive statistical modeling. The role requires utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to analyze client data, market trends, and key performance indicators. This process supports and enhances decision-making across different business areas by transforming complex data into actionable intelligence. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving data sets to identify patterns and opportunities that drive strategic initiatives and improve overall business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align analytical approaches with business goals and objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster growth.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing predictive models to support business strategies.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and perform data quality assessments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data analysis.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Analytics.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
