Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
1. 7 to 9 years experience in ITSM, CMDB, TNI or HAM and/or ITOM development and support projects
2. Experience in ATF, ITSM, CMDB, Manual Testing, ETL, Integrations Hub, TNI, HAM, ITOM, Workspace, Flow Designer and/or Change Management
3. Experience in working in ServiceNow projects with indepth knowledge and hands-on
4. Good in client and people management
5. Good communication skills
6. Good experience in automation and driving automation initiatives
Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards that promote high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align software solutions with business requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing scalable software architectures and implementing best coding practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple development teams effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
