Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and work with ML requirements and Develop ML workflows.
Automate ML pipelines, including for scheduling, monitoring, status notification and resiliency.
Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, data scientists and visualization developers to ensure ML pipeline development is consistent with end-to-end solution delivery.
Write robust, maintainable code.
Support reusable package/libraries development for streamlining ML workflows.
Create and improve documentation for development and operation of ML workflows.
Investigate and resolve production issues.
Participate in code review and provide support and guidance to other engineers on the team.
Participate in agile ceremonies and project management requirements.
Qualifications:
Mandatory to have significant experience developing ML pipelines with Python and packages in the Python ML ecosystem (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.).
Significant experience in Advanced Python programming like working with OOPs concepts and developing applications.
Mandatory to have significant experience developing ML pipelines in the cloud (GCP preferred, but other similar platforms would also provide relevant experience).
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with colleagues of varying technical and non-technical abilities.
Agile software development experience such as Kanban and Scrum.
Mandatory to have strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Github Workflows.
Mandatory to have strong understanding of orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.
