Project Role Description : Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves engaging deeply with client organizations to uncover opportunities that drive measurable business value. This role requires leading comprehensive assessments of the current operational state and collaborating with stakeholders to capture high-level customer needs. The Business Architect then shapes the necessary business solutions and organizational frameworks to support these opportunities. Additionally, the role includes crafting detailed business cases that align with the client s strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are both feasible and impactful. Throughout the day, the Business Architect balances analytical thinking with strategic planning to guide transformative business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend innovative approaches that enhance business value.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate business needs and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in mapping current state assessments and designing future state business architectures.
- Capability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
