Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will evaluate, redesign, and optimize business processes while developing documentation that supports the implementation of new technologies and workflows. Your daily responsibilities will include partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product requirements and use cases, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured through comprehensive user and task analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA Project Systems
Lead and coordinate team activities to ensure high performance.
Collaborate with multiple functional teams and influence major decisions accountable for team-level outcomes.
Deliver solutions to issues faced by your team and those affecting adjacent teams.
Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements and stakeholder insights.
Create and update process documentation to maintain clarity and alignment across teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in S/4 HANA SAP Project System (PS), , CPM, and PPM
Hands-on experience with data migration and cutover activities.
Proficiency in configuration, integration, and decision-making within Portfolio Management.
Practical knowledge of project management using the SAP EPPM module, including aligning portfolios with business strategy, automating workflows, and leveraging AI-driven resource allocation.
Experience integrating CPM with PS for full lifecycle management, forecasting, and productivity-based ETC.
Skilled in process mapping and producing clear documentation.
Knowledge of project management frameworks and tools.
Knowledge in PMMO is desirable
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
