Role Summary
The iScala Consultant is responsible for the implementation, support, enhancement, and integration of Infor iScala ERP solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure iScala modules, support day-to-day operations and ensure stable and compliant ERP functionality across finance, supply chain and manufacturing domains.
Key Responsibilities
iScala Functional Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and map them to Infor iScala ERP capabilities
Configure and support core iScala modules such as:
o Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
o Record to report
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents
Conduct UAT support, defect resolution and user training
Support & Operations
Provide L2/L3 production support for iScala applications (RTR module)
Analyze incidents, identify root causes and implement permanent fixes
Manage change requests and minor enhancements
Ensure system stability, availability and data integrity
Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Infor iScala ERP, RTR
Good understanding of finance and accounting processes
Working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, data validation, troubleshooting)
Experience in ERP implementation, upgrade, or support projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with business users and translate requirements into solutions
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Reports
Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes
Experience working in global or multi-country ERP environments
Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting
3–10+ years of experience in ERP systems with significant exposure to iScala
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Comfortable working in support and project-driven environments
