Role: Offshore Oracle Fusion Cloud PaaS Consultant – Associate Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PaaS Consultant to support the design, development, and deployment of applications and extensions on the Oracle Fusion Cloud Platform (PaaS) using Visual Builder (VBCS).
In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across PaaS technologies, collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. You will translate business and technical requirements into effective applications and ensure seamless integration across Oracle SaaS modules, including ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end design, development, and deployment of applications and extensions on Oracle Visual Builder
Contribute as a PaaS SME in solution design, configuration, deployment, and monitoring
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business and technical needs into scalable solutions
Build, configure, and maintain VBCS applications integrated with Oracle SaaS and PaaS services
Ensure seamless integration across cross-functional modules
Coordinate with onshore teams and act as a key contributor to offshore PaaS workstreams
Participate in project lifecycle phases including SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support
Support integration with REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and transformation logic
Ensure adherence to Fusion Cloud development standards, security, and governance practices
Monitor application performance and support optimization initiatives
Support incident management, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives

Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) – application development and customization
Experience with REST and SOAP web services integration
Hands-on knowledge of UI development and reactive applications
Experience integrating applications with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM modules
Familiarity with OIC, ATP Database, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
Understanding of security, authentication, and role-based access control
Knowledge of Oracle JET, JavaScript, and Fusion Cloud development best practices
Experience in application lifecycle management (design build deploy support)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using OCI platform
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Experience working in global delivery models (onshore-offshore)

Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PaaS development
Oracle Fusion Cloud PaaS / Visual Builder certification preferred
Experience in Fusion Cloud implementations or extension projects
15 years of full-time education required

Additional Information:
Role Location: Bangalore, India
Experience in multi-module Fusion Cloud programs is preferred
Experience in handling International Public Sector clients is an added advantage
15 years full time education
