- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for software development and integration.
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support high-performing applications.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing software components for reliability and efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
