Project Role Description : Leads the development of AI-driven products, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to create AI solutions. Defines the vision and strategy for AI products and addresses ethical considerations throughout the process. Monitors and adjusts AI models based on performance and user feedback.

Summary:
As an AI Product Management Practitioner, you will lead the development of innovative AI-driven products. Your typical day involves collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and various stakeholders to create effective AI solutions. You will define the vision and strategy for these products while addressing ethical considerations throughout the development process. Additionally, you will monitor and adjust AI models based on their performance and user feedback, ensuring that the products meet the evolving needs of users and the market.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product development and enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Machine Learning Operations, Agile Project Management Change Management
- Strong understanding of AI model performance metrics and evaluation techniques.
- Experience in product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
