Summary:
AI Powered Tech Talent. As a Salesforce Agentforce Engineer, you will lead the development and delivery of intelligent agent-based solutions using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes. You will act as the primary technical point of contact, guiding teams in building, configuring, and deploying Salesforce agents aligned with business requirements.
This role requires strong Salesforce development expertise combined with hands-on experience in Agentforce implementation. You will support design decisions, oversee delivery, and ensure agents are built following platform best practices and enterprise standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as an SME for Agentforce-based implementations.
Lead the design and development of Salesforce agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
Configure agent workflows, prompts, intents, and orchestration logic.
Guide team members on Agentforce implementation approaches.
Review agent configurations and supporting Salesforce code.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into agent solutions.
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex, and external systems.
Resolve technical challenges related to agent behavior and performance.
Participate in solution design and estimation activities.
Coordinate with multiple teams to manage dependencies.
Ensure quality, scalability, and security of deployed agents.
Conduct knowledge-sharing and enablement sessions on Agentforce features.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills
Strong Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on experience with:
o Agentforce
o Agentforce Vibes
Solid understanding of conversational AI and agent-based workflows.
Experience with:
o Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Salesforce Flows
o Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance considerations.
Ability to design maintainainable and scalable agent solutions.
Good stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.

Certifications Required
Salesforce Platform Developer I – Mandatory
Salesforce Administrator – Mandatory
Agentforce Specialist – Mandatory or In Progress
Salesforce AI Associate – Preferred

Additional Information:
5–7 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
Hands-on experience delivering Agentforce-based solutions.
Experience supporting multiple workstreams.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology.
15 years of full-time education is required.
15 years full time education
