Summary:
AI Powered Tech Talent. As a Salesforce Agentforce Engineer, you will be responsible for owning and governing Agentforce-based architecture across multiple Salesforce implementations. You will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents while ensuring enterprise scalability, performance, and security.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes, combined with deep Salesforce technical expertise. You will collaborate with business and delivery teams to drive adoption of conversational AI solutions and establish best practices for agent-based architectures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own technical architecture for Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
Define agent orchestration strategies, prompts, intents, workflows, and integrations.
Lead teams responsible for agent development and deployment.
Conduct technical design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data model, Apex, Flows, LWC, and external systems.
Identify platform limitations and design scalable mitigation strategies.
Provide architectural guidance across multiple teams and programs.
Facilitate technical workshops for agent design and solution alignment.
Define reusable agent frameworks and best practices.
Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, and security.
Mentor teams on Agentforce implementation standards and governance.
Evaluate enhancements and new Agentforce capabilities for enterprise adoption.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills
Strong expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
Proven hands-on experience with:
o Agentforce
o Agentforce Vibes
Strong understanding of conversational AI concepts and prompt engineering.
Hands-on Salesforce development experience with:
o Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Salesforce Flows
o Integrations
Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and scalable architecture design.
Experience applying design patterns and best practices in agent-based solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance.
Strong stakeholder communication and decision-making skills.
Certifications Required
Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect – Mandatory
Salesforce Platform Developer II – Mandatory
Salesforce AI Associate – Mandatory
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist – Mandatory
Additional Information:
10–12+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
Hands-on experience delivering Agentforce-based solutions in enterprise projects.
Experience handling multiple teams and workstreams.
Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies.
15 years of full-time education is required.
