Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function optimally while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service to stakeholders. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be tasked with diagnosing complex issues and implementing effective resolutions to support business continuity.

Skillset:
AEM Platforms: AEM 6.x, AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
Backend: Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR (Oak), Maven
Frontend: ReactJS, Sightly, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Client Libraries
AEM Features: Core Components, Editable Templates, Workflows, DAM, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Headless AEM (GraphQL)
- Strong understanding of web content management systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Familiarity with integration of AEM with other systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of best practices in application support and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Strong experience with AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service
Solid understanding of AEM workflows, JCR, Oak
Proficiency in Java, Apache Sling, OSGi. Experience with HTL (Sightly)
Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, and client libraries
Develop Sling Models, OSGi services, and workflows, Analyze legacy AEM code and refactor it for AEMaaCS compatibility
Support content and asset migration using Adobe tools (e.g., Content Transfer Tool)
Collaborate on Dispatcher/CDN configuration for AEMaaCS

Nice to Have
Experience with SPA Editor / ReactJS
Knowledge of Adobe I/O and Headless AEM
Experience with AEM modernization tools
DevOps exposure (Git, Maven, CI/CD)

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Shift B is Mandatory
