Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software development lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating various components and systems to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes, managing automation strategies, and supporting the configuration of data and environments. The position also involves active participation in reviewing code, tracking issues, and contributing to ongoing improvements that strengthen the overall testing framework and product reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing activities with project goals.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies including regression, API, and security testing.
- Familiarity with test environment setup and data configuration to ensure accurate and reliable test execution.
- Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Knowledge of tools and practices that support automation strategy and quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
