Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The position requires working with various tools and application programming interfaces to maintain compatibility across platforms while delivering seamless user experiences. Collaboration with different teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that solutions remain efficient and reliable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve system efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques using APIs and web services within ServiceNow.
- Ability to utilize low-code platforms and tools to streamline application development and configuration.
- Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a multi-team environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
