Summary:
As an Infrastructure Advisor, you will engage with senior technology leaders to provide insights on the most effective IT infrastructure design and implementation strategies. Your typical day will involve assessing current systems, recommending improvements, and ensuring that the foundational elements for implementation are robust and aligned with organizational goals. You will also focus on optimizing strategies that balance technology, financial, and operational considerations, ensuring that the infrastructure supports the overall business objectives effectively.
Project Role Description : Act as Workload automation Lead, leading a small team, managing enterprise job scheduling, handling upgrades, and ensuring high availability of the automation platform.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Stonebranch 7.7.x & 7.8.x builds.
Manage Stonebranch UAC jobs (Linux, Windows, Python, PowerShell, SQL/Oracle, MoveIT).
Install, upgrade, and maintain Stonebranch Agents (Linux & Windows).
Configure OMS servers, DB connections, cluster setup, failover/failback.
Manage licensing, API integrations, and environment variables.
Configure triggers (time, cron, file monitor, agent monitor, task monitor) and calendars.
Handle job monitoring, status management, release vs. release recursive.
Perform broker restarts post patching (RHEL/Windows).
Create widgets/reports as per customer requirements.
Write application startup scripts and manage Linux mount concepts.
Lead L2/L3 support, escalations, and ensure SLA compliance.
Required Skills
3–5 years of Stonebranch administration experience.
Strong knowledge of Linux & Windows environments.
Experience with HA, clustering, failover setups.
Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
Strong troubleshooting and team leadership skills.
Good to have : Knowledge of enterprise file transfer tools such as MoveIT.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
