Summary: QA Analyst with experience in testing conversational AI and contact center solutions, with hands-on exposure to NICE Cognigy.AI, virtual agent dialog flows, and NLU configurations. Skilled in functional and integration testing of chatbot and voice bot journeys across digital and telephony channels. Proficient in API testing using tools such as Postman and validating backend integrations via REST/JSON, webhooks, and middleware services. Experienced in test case design, defect management, and regression testing for AI-driven workflows, including validation of intents, entities, fallback handling, and escalation to live agents. Familiar with Agile delivery models and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business teams to ensure high-quality, production-ready conversational AI solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct testing and debugging of software components to ensure quality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Contact Center Technology Capabilities. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
