Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that new processes and technologies align with business objectives. You will actively participate in discussions to refine product requirements and use cases, while also conducting user and task analysis to accurately represent the needs of the business. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality documentation that supports successful implementation.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
