Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves supporting and managing the delivery of production systems and services to ensure they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring of system performance, addressing any operational issues promptly, and coordinating with various teams to maintain seamless service availability. The position demands proactive engagement in maintaining system stability and reliability, ensuring that production environments function efficiently and effectively throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of incidents.
- Document operational procedures and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Management (CM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration, Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Strong understanding of configuration management tools and practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configurations and deployments.
- Familiarity with automation techniques to streamline configuration and deployment processes.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining production environments to ensure high availability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Configuration Management (CM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
