Summary:
We are looking for a Data Security Architect with strong experience in DSPM, Data Discovery, DLP, Data Protection/ Security, Privacy enhancing technology, and Cloud Data Security. The role involves architecting and implementing enterprise data protection, privacy enhancing technology solutions, advising clients on security and technology part of privacy programs, and leading delivery teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise data security architectures across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments.
Lead initiatives covering DSPM, Data Discovery & Classification, DLP, Data Access Governance, Encryption, Tokenization, Data Masking, and Privacy Enhancing technology.
Architect and implement solutions such as Securiti.ai, OneTrust, Varonis, Microsoft Purview, BigID, Netskope DSPM, AWS Macie, and Google Cloud Sensitive Data Protection.
Implement Consent Management, Cookie Management, Privacy Notice Management, DSR, DPIA, and ROPA solutions.
Define and implement security controls for GenAI/LLM platforms, including data leakage prevention, governance, and privacy protection.
Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, solutioning, RFP support, and executive stakeholder discussions.
Mentor and lead teams of 5–15 consultants and engineers.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong experience in DSPM, DLP, Data Discovery & Classification, Privacy, and Data Protection.
Hands-on expertise in Encryption, Tokenization, Masking, Data Access Governance, and Structured/Unstructured Data Security.
Experience with leading DSPM platforms including Securiti.ai, OneTrust, Varonis, Purview, BigID, Netskope DSPM, AWS Macie, and Google DLP.
Understanding of PETs, Consent Management, Cookie Management, and Privacy Operations.
Strong client-facing, consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Good to Have
AI/LLM Security and Data Governance.
Experience with global privacy regulations (GDPR, DPDP, CCPA).
Data security transformation and large-scale deployment experience.
Preferred Certifications
CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, CIPP/CIPM, OneTrust, Microsoft Purview, AWS Security Specialty, Google Cloud Security.
Ideal Candidate: A client-facing Data Security Architect with deep expertise in DSPM, DLP, Privacy, Data Protection, Cloud Data Security, and AI/LLM Data Protection, capable of leading architecture, implementation, client engagement, and enterprise transformation programs.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Security.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
