Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
The role of AI / ML Engineer focuses on the development of applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and Cloud AI services. This includes building robust application pipelines, either cloud-based or on-premises, that are production-ready. The successful candidate will apply Generative AI models as part of the solution, with responsibilities potentially extending to deep learning, neural networks, chatbot development, and image processing.

Key Requirements
-Must-have Skills: Machine Learning expertise is essential.
-Good-to-have Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, React.js, and Python programming.
-Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in relevant roles.
-Educational Qualification: BTECH degree required.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to lead the design and implementation of sophisticated AI and deep learning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud-based AI deployment with Azure, and comprehensive full-stack software development experience using .NET and Python. This individual will drive technical strategy, mentor engineering teams, and work closely with product and data science teams to deliver scalable, high-performance AI systems addressing complex business challenges.

Educational Qualifications
-Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML development.

Technical Experience & Professional Attributes
-Strong background in working with Large Language Models such as GPT and BERT, as well as deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
-Proficiency in Python and .NET (C#) for the development of scalable AI solutions.
-Hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and AKS.
-Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and container orchestration.
-Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and make crucial architecture decisions.
-Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver results in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required Skills
-Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers and spaCy.
-Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools, including model training pipelines, monitoring, and versioning.
-Understanding of distributed systems and data engineering principles.
-Experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
-Contributions to AI-related open-source projects or relevant publications.
Additional Information
-PhD or advanced research background in AI/ML or related fields is an advantage.
-You will be joining a Trusted Tax Technology Leader dedicated to delivering reliable and innovative solutions.
