Summary:
As a Transition Lead, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of transitioning services, teams, or processes from one state to another. Your typical day will involve managing timelines, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring that deliverables are met across various workstreams. You will focus on knowledge transfer, technology integration, and people management, all while striving for minimal disruption and alignment with organizational goals. Your role will require you to ensure readiness and facilitate smooth execution throughout the transition process, making you a key player in the success of the organization s initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the transition process, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in change management practices to support smooth transitions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
