Project Role : Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner
Project Role Description : Support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

Summary : As a Datacenter Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients in designing, implementing, and managing resilient and scalable datacenter environments. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that datacenter infrastructure spanning Windows, VMware, Linux, cloud, storage, and backup is standardized, optimized, and aligned with operational efficiency goals. You will engage with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that enhance system performance, security, and adaptability to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in datacenter technologies, guiding and managing teams to deliver results.

Take ownership of team-level decisions and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to strategic infrastructure decisions.

Provide solutions to technical challenges within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices in datacenter management.

Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve datacenter solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills:

Expertise in Windows, VMware, Linux, Cloud, Storage, and Backup technologies.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of datacenter architecture and operations.

Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).

Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for hybrid datacenter integration.

Experience with storage systems, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.

Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline datacenter management.

Additional information

Minimum 5 years of experience in Datacenter Infrastructure.

Position based at Pune office.

Requires 15 years of full-time education.
