Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and functional needs. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and establish clear performance indicators. The professional ensures that all quality and design standards are upheld while facilitating a thorough understanding of the processes among stakeholders. The position demands continuous engagement in refining process requirements and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align business processes with strategic objectives and operational capabilities.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among diverse teams to enhance process effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize business processes.
- Experience in developing and monitoring key performance indicators to measure process success.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with application architects and other technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and align stakeholders on process designs.
- Capability to conduct quality management reviews ensuring compliance with business requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
