Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Must have skills : Unix Shell Scripting
Good to have skills : Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (Oracle BRM), Linux

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs to implement solutions, and monitoring system performance to ensure optimal functionality. You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain a seamless user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance application capabilities and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in the analysis of application performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (Oracle BRM), Linux. - Strong understanding of scripting and automation techniques to enhance application functionality. - Experience with system integration and API management to ensure seamless data flow. - Familiarity with version control systems to manage code changes and application releases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
