Project Role : DevOps Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve software development processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies, particularly agile practices. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. -Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives. -Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains. -Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
