Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to problem-solving, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications that support business functions. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration to maintain system stability and performance, while adapting to evolving challenges within the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical support requests efficiently.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.
- Ability to work with integration points and understand data flows between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other systems.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
