This position is for a forward-thinking AI Engineer to join our growing team focused on building intelligent, autonomous agents and MAS (Multi-Agent System) that power next-generation enterprise workflows. You'll work at the intersection of machine learning, generative AI, and agentic orchestration frameworks to design scalable, resilient systems that think, decide, and act. This position will also spearhead technical innovation, guide and mentor development teams, and drive product ownership, solution design, and software delivery in a multi-cloud environment.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Design and develop highly available, reliable, and scalable modern SaaS cloud-based solutions. 2. Use GitHub Copilot across SDLC phases—from prototyping to testing and documentation 6. Collaborate with product and business teams to translate use cases into agent roles and behaviors 7. Implement fallback logic, memory layers, and human-in-the-loop escalation for agent reliability 8. Contribute to internal tooling, agent registries, and governance models 9. Stay current with emerging frameworks like Rovochat, MS Copilot, and multi-agent mesh architectures 10. Lead and participate in domain-driven software design and code review sessions, using modern modeling tools to create customer-focused architecture. 11. Create technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents, and provide constructive feedback during reviews. 12. Write modular, scalable, testable, and high-performance code using software engineering best practices and industry-standard security tools. 13. Plan, prioritize, and execute complex, high-priority tasks independently and as part of an Agile team. 14. Participate in and lead incident management and on-call procedures to ensure timely resolution and effective communication. 15. Evaluate and adopt innovative technologies and practices to enhance SDLC efficiency and product quality. 16. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and support continuous improvement of build and delivery systems. Supervisory responsibilities: 17. Technical experience & Professional attributes:
Knowledge of end-to end application flow for O2C and P2P Thorough understanding of AP, AR, OM, Procurement, and Inventory modules. Understanding of Trading Community Architecture (TCA) Knowledge of SCM modules and it's association with O2C and P2P flows Understanding of Users, Roles, Privileges Knowledge of page customization Basic understanding of Fusion Tax Knowledge of REST & SOAP Web Services, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence Knowledge of Oracle Interfaces and use of FBDI related to Receivables and Payables
1. Oracle AI Agent Studio- Design-time environment knowledge within Oracle Fusion Applications. Experience creating, configuring, validating, and deploying AI agents tailored to business workflows.
2. Enterprise Integration & Governance - Experience integrating agents with Oracle Fusion Applications, Familiarity with audit trails, approval workflows, and least privilege access, Understanding of compliance and data governance in enterprise AI
3. Agent Design & Configuration - Experience designing persona-based agents, Ability to define agent roles, goals, and backstories, Familiarity with task decomposition and agent team structures 4. Tool Integration & RAG Proficiency in integrating tools like document retrieval, calculators, email, and business object APIs, Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector search, Experience with embedding models and semantic search
5. Multi-Agent Orchestration - Knowledge of supervisor agents, utility agents, and user-proxy agents, Ability to design multi agent flows with coordination and delegation, Familiarity with orchestration patterns (sequential, hierarchical, consensual)
6. Prompt Engineering & Guardrails - Skilled in writing natural language instructions for agent behavior, Experience setting guardrails, constraints, and fallback logic, Understanding of LLM prompt tuning and response conditioning
7. Evaluation & Optimization - Ability to define and track agent performance metrics: reasoning quality, latency, memory usage, collaboration success, Experience with agent validation, logging, and observability tools
Standard AI Skills:
Agentic Frameworks & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with CrewAI, LangGraph, and Azure AI Foundry for building and deploying autonomous agents. Also knowing multi-agent orchestration patterns, including reflexive loops and communication protocols (A2A, ACP etc)
Developer Productivity & Integrations :Skilled in using GitHub Copilot across SDLC phases for code generation, refactoring, and testing. Familiarity with Rovochat and Microsoft Copilot integrations to enhance agent workflows and developer experience.
ERP Development Stack
Java & Spring Boot Microservices : Proficient in Java with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Spring Security, and Apache Pulsar for building scalable backend systems.
API Integration & Protocols :Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth, Auth0), and secure service communication across distributed environments.
Cloud Expertise: Skilled in deploying and managing applications on OCI. Also, having AWS Services above basic knowledge is a Plus
Database & ORM : Expertise in Hibernate and Spring JPA, with experience working across Oracle, RDS-SQL Server, RDS-Postgres, Aurora, and Snowflake for transactional and
analytical workloads
DevOps & CI/CD : Experienced in containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and deployment automation using Helm charts, Argo CD, and monitoring tools like Datadog.
JVM Caching & Performance : Knowledge of JVM-level and distributed caching mechanisms, particularly using HazelCast, with experience in performance tuning and instrumentation.
Testing, Logging & Observability : Proficient in JUnit, Mockito, Sonar for code quality, and logging frameworks like Log4j and Logback. Familiar with observability using Datadog.
