Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from user interfaces to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions within an agile and cloud-centric environment. The workday is dynamic, balancing coding, problem-solving, and cross-team communication to drive project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards to enhance team productivity and code quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in developing scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies and frameworks to support full stack development.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment strategies to build resilient applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
