Summary:
As a Sales Management Practitioner, a typical day involves driving the execution of the sales plan while fostering growth within the sales team. This role requires close collaboration with leadership teams and Client Account Leaders across various business units and markets. The position demands active engagement in coordinating efforts to meet sales targets and supporting the development of strategies that enhance team performance and market presence. The role is dynamic, involving continuous interaction with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress toward organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve sales processes and team effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to designing and implementing sales solutions.
- Experience in developing scalable and effective sales frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable architectural plans.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Capability to adapt solution designs to evolving market and organizational needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
