Summary:
As a Change Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the development and execution of change initiatives that support a seamless transition to the desired target state. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to assess the current state, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that foster engagement and acceptance of change. You will also focus on developing metrics that effectively measure the progress of the transition, allowing for timely adjustments and ensuring that the organization remains aligned with its goals throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of change initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, making recommendations for improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track change metrics.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing training materials and resources to support change initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
