Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services focused on guiding complex enterprise transformations that may span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising organizations on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology-related costs, and identifying key value drivers. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements advanced technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives and market demands. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology strategies is a core part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and operational efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex enterprise environments and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Experience in managing and advising on large-scale platform implementations and transformations.
- Ability to develop and deploy industry-specific technology assets that deliver measurable business value.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to lead problem-solving efforts and provide innovative solutions across multiple teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
