Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of security services.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management.
- Experience with identity and access management frameworks and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements related to identity management.
- Ability to design and implement scalable identity solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving identity management issues to maintain system integrity.
- Familiarity with integration of identity management systems with cloud and on-premises applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Okta Identity Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
