Salesforce LWC Sr. Developer (5+ Years Experience) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and a deep understanding of modern web development practices within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Build advanced custom components with modular and reusable architecture • Implement event-driven communication patterns including pub-sub model and Lightning Messaging Service • Optimize performance of LWC apps to handle large data sets efficiently • Ensure responsive UI design for consistent user experience across devices and browsers • Utilize Lightning Data Service (LDS) and wire adapters for secure and efficient data binding, enforcing field-level security and sharing rules • Integrate Apex controllers with LWC components to perform complex business logic while following Salesforce best practices • Leverage Salesforce Flows for process automation, including record-triggered flows, screen flows, and scheduled flows • Create dynamic and intelligent forms, reusable utilities, and custom service components for common operations • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions • Participate in code reviews, contribute to design discussions, and mentor junior developers when needed Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce development experience • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Governor Limits • Experience with Lightning App Builder, Flexipage metadata, and Base Lightning Components • Working knowledge of Salesforce Security Model including CRUD/FLS/sharing settings • Expertise in building modular, testable code with unit tests and proper documentation • Hands-on experience with Git or version control systems and CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with Salesforce DX and scratch org development • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments Secondary Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): • Experience with Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events) • Familiarity with Salesforce OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, or Einstein Bots • Basic understanding of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) for cross-platform insights • Exposure to DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins • Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange packages and managed/unmanaged package development Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Strong time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
