Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that address complex problems and meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying scientific and technical knowledge, and leveraging practical experience to deliver effective engineering solutions. You will engage in various aspects of structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management, ensuring that all engineering challenges are met with innovative and efficient strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build and optimize scalable data pipelines using PySpark and SQL - Work hands-on with Airbus Skywise to ingest, transform, and analyze data - Collaborate with analysts and business users to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions - Perform data wrangling, enrichment, and validation for analysis and reporting - Ensure high-quality data delivery through proactive monitoring and performance tuning - Support development of dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization solutions as needed - Integrate and interact with RESTful APIs - Work on cloud-based deployment and automation tasks Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL frameworks, and data warehousing concepts - Expertise in PySpark (dataframes, transformations, performance tuning) - Strong command of Advanced SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions, CTEs, etc.) - Good experience with version control tools like Git. - Knowledge on RESTful API’s - Understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Additional Information: Data & Analytics: - Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense, Spotfire - Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision concepts Web & Front-End Development: - Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (for front-end analytics tools or dashboard customization) - Experience with javascript frameworks like React.JS/Nodejs - Familiarity with UX design. Cloud Experience: - Hands-on experience with the Skywise platform. - AWS knowledge (S3, Lambda, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Sagemaker etc.)
