AIOps SME & Service Integration Specialist – CL9
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced AIOps SME & Service Integration Specialist with 7 years of experience in enterprise IT operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AIOps platforms, event correlation, service mapping, and integration of monitoring tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, automation experience, and the ability to drive observability and operational intelligence across hybrid environments.
Must Have Skills
- Strong experience with AIOps platforms (e.g., DyanTrace, Thousand Eyes, nGeniusOne, Splunk)
- Expertise in event correlation, noise reduction, and root cause analysis
- Integration of monitoring tools with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Scripting and automation using Python, Shell, or PowerShell
- Experience with service mapping and CMDB integration
- Familiarity with observability and telemetry data ingestion
Good to Have Skills
- Exposure to cloud-native monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service operations
- Experience with container and microservices monitoring
- Understanding of AI/ML models for anomaly detection
- Familiarity with Kafka, Elasticsearch, or similar data pipelines
Job Requirements
The candidate should have a strong background in enterprise monitoring and automation, with the ability to integrate and optimize AIOps solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AIOps solutions for event correlation and incident reduction
- Integrate monitoring tools with ITSM and CMDB platforms
- Develop automation scripts and workflows for operational tasks
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service teams for observability
- Analyze telemetry data to identify trends and anomalies
- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Technical Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations and monitoring. Proven expertise in AIOps platforms, automation, and service integration. Hands-on experience with scripting, data pipelines, and observability tools is essential.
Professional Attributes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
Educational Qualification and Certification
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications in AIOps platforms, ITIL, or cloud technologies are a plus.
