Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:
As a Product Owner, your day revolves around championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. You actively shape and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Throughout the day, you facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, guiding them to deliver valuable outcomes. You continuously gather and validate feedback, using insights to adapt strategies and steer the product toward success. Your role is pivotal in balancing priorities and fostering an environment where innovation and customer-centricity thrive.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure product goals align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among diverse teams to drive product delivery.
- Continuously monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and innovation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Product Development Management.
- Strong capability in prioritizing product features and managing backlogs to maximize value delivery.
- Experience in applying human-centered design principles to guide product decisions.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product strategy.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality product releases.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Software Product Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
