Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging with various organizational stakeholders to guide and support transformation initiatives that enhance business responsiveness and innovation. This role requires continuously assessing the evolving business landscape and facilitating adaptive strategies that enable clients to stay ahead in competitive markets. The practitioner collaborates across departments to foster a culture of agility, ensuring that change is embraced effectively and that the organization can swiftly respond to emerging opportunities and challenges. The workday is dynamic, involving strategic discussions, workshops, and advisory sessions aimed at driving sustainable business improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives that promote agile practices and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology teams to ensure cohesive transformation efforts.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and understanding of business agility concepts.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, risk management processes, and financial supply chain management.
- Experience in integrating SAP FSCM TRM solutions with other enterprise systems to optimize financial workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP TRM configurations.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies within treasury functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable technology solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
