What would you do? CF Operations Controllership refers to the management and oversight of an organizations financial reporting and accounting functions. This includes ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, budgeting, and financial analysis. The goal is to provide reliable financial information to support decision-making and maintain financial integrity.

Job Description – Level 12 Skill required: Finance Processes - Lease Administration and Abstraction Designation: Management Level - Transaction Processing Associate What are we looking for? • Adaptable and flexible • Agility for quick learning • Strong domain expertise in Lease Abstract, Lease Setup, Recovery Set-Up, Lease Abstraction/Set-up, CAM Billing & Lease Audit processes. • SAP REFX experience preferred • Manage queries and clarifications from the Client • Analyze complex deals and provide guidance to team members
Roles and Responsibilities: •Roles and Responsibilities • Abstracting the Key information (Financial Legal) from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software or Excel Spreadsheet. • Abstracting / Reviewing the critical data with interpretational assumption from the Lease Documents and entering into SAP. • Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries • In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems • Your day-to-day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • You may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • You will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day-to-day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders Skill Set / Competencies Required • Very good written English communication • Paraphrasing Formation of Lease Agreements Clauses • Analytical and Reasoning skill • Attention to detail • Ability to understand the legal language in the lease agreement • Knowledge in CRE Software such as SAP REFX etc would be added advantage. Education and Work Experience • Graduates/Post-Graduates (Arts, Science Commerce Graduates, Engineering Graduates. Legal/Paralegal) • 0-3 Years of experience in Lease Abstraction Services. • Experience in the Real Estate/Legal would be ideal.
