What would you do? CF Operations Controllership refers to the management and oversight of an organizations financial reporting and accounting functions. This includes ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, budgeting, and financial analysis. The goal is to provide reliable financial information to support decision-making and maintain financial integrity. Implement and manage payroll accounting processes and solutions within Workday paltforms.

Roles and Responsibilities: •Process related • Deliver on all accounting functions – these include, but are not limited to, balance sheet – GL reconciliations, Month/quarter/Annual Ledger close and fulfilment of all internal, statutory regulatory and management reporting requirements relating to those supported GU processes. • Exposure to USGAAP, IFRS, Indian GAAP and other local GAAPs accounting, and auditing pronouncements will be needed for delivering on this role. • Meet all the Service level agreements (SLA) to conform to Timeliness, Completeness, and accuracy. • Possess good knowledge of the Sarbanes Oxley Act and how it affects all accounts owned by the individual. Ensure readiness with all the evidence supporting the transactions and the ledger balances. • Communicate frequently with all the relevant teams within/outside of Accenture and also interact with stakeholders – direct or indirect to ensure that all are most updated on the status of the deliverables/assignments. • Ideate, pursue and support all process improvements – Automation/RPA etc. Login all ideas related to work on the i2i tool and pursue relentlessly till outcomes are achieved. • Attend business related calls / TEAMS meetings at scheduled frequencies. • Facilitate and support internal and external Audit, as & when needed. • Support all other initiatives such as Technology related, Business continuity exigencies/ Business Resiliency measures etc. by being available all the time. • Recommend solutions and implement corrective actions affecting the statutory, tax and management financial performance and business goals. Operations related: • Understand concepts related to Operations especially Operations Maturity, Productivity & Efficiencies gathering through Automation/Robotics/Gen AI. Others requirements • Train oneself to be the back-up for other team members • Support or participate in any non-Project related activities Desirable • Hands on experience on working on SAP • Proficient in MS Office suite – Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
