What would you do? Execute core Supply Planning and Network Operations activities for the assigned Area/Category/Plant-SKU network, ensuring accurate planning outputs, timely execution, and adherence to service and operational performance metrics. The role is responsible for day-to-day planning tasks, issue monitoring, stakeholder follow-ups, maintaining planning data and system discipline. It requires close coordination with stakeholders to support seamless execution across the network. The position plays a critical role in sustaining operational continuity, utilizing digital planning tools effectively, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, responsiveness, and overall supply chain performance.
What are we looking for? Experience Required 03 – 08 years in Supply Chain & Operations with exposure to global complex planning networks Education Bachelors (B.Com/B.Sc/BBA/BE/B.Tech)/Master’s in Supply Chain & Operations is preferred Tools & Systems APS tools (Kinaxis/o9/OMP/ IBP/APO, etc.), SAP ECC, Power BI and Advance Excel
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Execute day-to-day Supply Planning and Network Operations activities for the assigned Area/Category/Plant-SKU network, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service and performance metrics. • Maintain planning parameters, master data accuracy, and system discipline to ensure reliable supply planning outputs. • Monitor inventory levels, supply signals, capacity constraints, and material availability; identify risks and exceptions and take corrective actions or escalate as required. • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support on time supply execution and issue resolution. • Perform replenishment, deployment, material planning, and planned order execution in alignment with established planning processes and leadership guidance. • Utilize APS platforms, ERP systems, and digital planning tools to execute tasks efficiently and enhance visibility of supply performance. • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps, contributing ideas for simplification, and assisting in strengthening execution reliability. • Generate accurate operational reports, dashboards, and planning insights to support informed decision-making by team leaders and managers. • Ensure documentation accuracy, adherence to standard operating procedures, and compliance with planning and master data governance requirements. • Support business continuity with backup processes and alignment with leads, updated work procedures, and consistent operational discipline. • Participate in team knowledge-sharing, skill-building, and capability-enhancement activities as part of ongoing professional development.
