What would you do? The Senior Data Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining and securing the accuracy of Master Data within the SAP system. The role requires a solid understanding of SAP functionalities and adherence to client s global and internal procedures to ensure data integrity across all processes. Master Data serves as the foundation for client’s SAP systems, reflecting core operations across functions. This position ensures that the database remains accurate, timely, duplicate-free, and compliant with audit, internal, and external standards. The role also provides support to users within GBS for data-related topics in SAP, Blackline, CRA, and related systems, contributing to an error-free, high-performance environment
What are we looking for? EDUCATION University Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business, IT, or related field preferred) Additional certifications or SAP training is a plus XPERIENCE University degree or diploma in Business, Finance, IT, or related field Solid knowledge of SAP systems and Master Data lifecycle Understanding of internal and global procedures (GPS) Experience working in shared services or a multinational environment Familiarity with systems such as Blackline, CRA and reporting tools SKILLS (Technical / Functional / Leadership) Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Effective time management and task prioritization Clear communication skills, both written and verbal (English) Critical thinking and proactive problem solving Ability to engage with and influence cross-functional stakeholders Knowledge of escalation procedures and workflow triggers
Roles and Responsibilities: •Creation and maintenance of Data objects in accordance with standard procedures of GBS; Ensure service levels and targets are consistent with quality and timeliness, and that service is delivered in accordance with agreed TAT; Ensuring timeless, accuracy and completeness of all Master Data, identifying and resolving data quality issues; Ensure that Data Management processes are in accordance with the internal and external audit requirements; Maintaining robust data management policies, procedures and processes, and a robust control environment; Ensure a controlled environment in which all reports are accurately and timely rolled out, in line with all global standards; Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyse information needs and functional requirements; Raise issues to technical team, provide required information, and make active follow-up on open incidents; Ensure ad-hoc reports extracted from the system are dealt with in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA) Assist with Monthly / Bi-Annually Cleanse exercises for data objects in scope; Deliver trainings to new joiners Ensuring accurate and timely update of TLDs delegated by Data Management (Task Level Descriptions) and the knowledge transfer within the DM team.
