In a Master Data Management job profile, responsibilities include overseeing the accuracy, consistency, and security of an organizations critical data. This involves managing data integration, data quality, and data governance processes. The goal is to ensure that master data is reliable and accessible across the organization. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in data management tools. It is essential for supporting informed decision-making and operational efficiency. Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing as well as to synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.
What are we looking for? To manage Product specification team responsible for creation and modification, according to the requirements of the NC business Principal Accountabilities Operational/Professional/Business Ensuring product specifications are built and approved, according to the requirements of the NC business. Providing input to the improvement and modification of SAP to enable efficient specification management within NC DMG. Priorities work requests and ensures that risks are clearly advanced to the business. ? Management Handles the product specification team within NC, coordinating the team resource to ensure that product specifications are crafted according to timelines. Provides expert input to ensure that SAP processes are followed and modified to meet the needs of the NC business. Collaborative and clear communication with internal partners. ? Leadership Establishes clear goals and team objectives, ensuring that these are achievable and realistic, to ensure maximum team efficiency. Demonstrates detailed solid understanding of NC processes, ensuring that key business decisions are based on accurate information. ? Relationship Acts as the key interface between NPI, R&D and Ops functions, to ensure that product creation requests are understood and actioned correctly. Roles and Responsibilities: •nowledge, Skills and Experience This role requires an individual with SAP experience (EHS, ODM, SNO), and an appreciation of Product development, deployment and subsequent continuous product improvement process. The job holder will have good Time Management competencies but also show agility and ability to deliver to challenging timescales. They will have good interpersonal skills and real drive towards action and delivery. The job holder will have experience leading and training teams of people from a diverse set of backgrounds, capabilities and geographies. Relevant qualification equivalent to Degree level Able to engage clearly and concisely with key partners. Experience of working in SAP EH&S system, within client. Seek opportunities and methods to drive efficiency improvements within processes or related activities. Strong influencing and negotiating skills. Seek commonalities between NC platforms to ensure common working practices are adopted. Good knowledge of technical design principles of products, preferably in the Vapour and THP categories. Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience preferred. Commercially aware and able to handle priorities and team resource allocation accordingly. Communicates clearly between cross-functional teams. Ability to describe sophisticated issues in simple terms. Strong Teammate. A dynamic, can-do demeanor, whilst seeking to make informed decisions. Drives single point accountability; ability to identify and make suitable interventions to ensure product specification delivery.? ?
