What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a strong and capable workforce. Developing an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified people, building a list of potential candidates & generating market intelligence insights in order to fill a job opening.

Roles and Responsibilities: •"Responsibilities: - 1. Read, understand and analyze client process as per the business rules, and execute them as per accuracy 2. Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands-on processor. 3. Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. 4. Communicate verbally and in writing to client employees 5. Ensure DTPs are followed and updated regularly and share knowledge on process updates as required 6. Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control. 7. Propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls 8. Must have clear understanding of the existing Recruitment metrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. 9. Update process metrics on daily basis and maintain MIS. 10. Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service. 11. Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues. 12. Goes beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own and related tasks are completed."
