What would you do? We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Procure to Pay Practitioner to join our sales and solutioning team. This role is ideal for a domain expert who can bridge the gap between finance operations and business development. These are mainly Sales and offering Practioners across domain. These individuals collaborate to secure, interpret, and provide market, functional, and operations expertise to advise both Accenture Operations and other Accenture businesses. Their goal is to drive the offering value proposition and key differentiators into every stage of the sales and account lifecycle. In addition, they serve as functional experts and advisors, working closely with members of our global network to harvest, develop, and deploy differentiated sales and offering assets. They also drive Ventures & Acquisitions and build alliances with ecosystem partners, ensuring that we maintain strong and strategic relationships. Another critical aspect of their role is working with Industry Leads to collaborate on industry-specific offerings. This ensures that our solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges of different sectors, ultimately delivering greater value to our clients. Analyze, design, build, test and deploy solutions (Including Agentic) to support to PTP focusing on Accounts Payable Solutions
What are we looking for? PTP Sales practitioner role combines selling skills with deep domain and commercial acumen. You will transform the way finance works in the future by engaging in activities below: • Partner with sales teams to provide deep PTP domain expertise during the pursuit lifecycle. • Lead the design of end-to-end PTP solutions for large, complex deals including transformation, and technology enablement. • Develop client-specific value propositions, solution narratives, and transformation roadmaps. • Participate in client presentations, orals, and workshops to articulate PTP capabilities and transformation levers. • Lead Sales growth and mining in existing accounts for specific MUs and industries • Has good understanding of AI/ML/Agentic solutions for Accounts Payable • Solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy and project-oriented environment and accustomed to driving outcomes in matrixed organization structures. • Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering complex transformation projects • You are an action and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable • You are flexible to travel and adjust to working shift patterns aligned with projects • You can do process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with PowerPoint and Excel.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility • The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives • Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters • Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments • Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility • Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
